My wife and I are the 2 people Judge Richard Mosley ruled in 2013 might of been tortured or harmed by CSIS over the fraudulent 30-08 warrants obtained illegally by CSIS by lying to Judge Richard Mosley. CSIS tortured my wife and kids and I with assaults, poisonings, death threats and attempted murder since 2008. In 2009 Kathy Liknes tried to help us and they murdered her and her family in 2014 to cover up the 30-08 warrant abuse.
In 2003 CSIS tried to assassinate my wife and I and our 5 children by blowing up our house but they didn’t succeed.
My family and I have been trying to deal with the Harper government to get our information from them and to get our case settled with them since 2013 but they have been giving us the run around and they have been giving us fraudulent government documentation since 2013.
Judge Richard Mosley knew this would happen to us so he sent a copy of his ruling from 2013 to the agencies responsible for investigating CSIS and CSEC which are SIRC – Security Intelligence Review Committee and the CSEC commissioner.
THIS IS WHY JUSTICE MINISTER PETER MACKAY, HARPER’S MP FOR ONTARIO JOHN BAIRD, AND HARPER’S MP FOR BRITISH COLUMBIA JAMES MOORE ARE STEPPING DOWN
The CSEC commissioner won’t even answer us, we have been trying for many months now and SIRC is giving us fraudulent government documents trying to cover up the abuse for the Harper government.
HERE IS MY ACCESS TO INFORMATION REQUEST I SENT TO SIRC TO GET MY 30-08 WARRANT INFORMATION THAT JUDGE RICHARD MOSLEY SENT TO THEM.
HERE IS MY REPLY I GOT BACK FROM MY ACCESS TO INFORMATION REQUEST I SENT TO SIRC FOR MY 30-08 WARRANT INFORMATION.
THOMAS MULCAIR WAS RIGHT WHAT HE SAID ABOUT SIRC
Dear Prime Minister,
Thank you for your letter of March 5th proposing Pierre Blais as the next Chair of the Security and Intelligence Review Committee (SIRC).
We have ideas of nominees to propose for this important position, so it is disappointing that the manner in which you have contacted the Official Opposition is inconsistent with the common legal understanding of “consultation” and instead seems to simply be a notification.
To make sure the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) respects our Constitution and Canadians’ rights and freedoms – in particular at a time you are proposing extraordinary new powers for CSIS with no additional oversight – we strongly believe SIRC must be independent from the government of the day. Mr. Blais, a former Conservative cabinet minister, doesn’t fulfill this minimal requirement.
With that in mind, and with the utmost respect for Mr. Blais’ experience, I cannot support this nominee.
Thomas Mulcair, P.C. M.P.
Leader of the Official Opposition
THIS IS WHAT SIRC SAYS ABOUT BILL C-51, THEY WANT TO TAKE OUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS AWAY AND THEY ARE VERY CORRUPT AND THEY LIKE TO TORTURE AND MURDER
